Guilty or not

A tall male walked into a dimly lit room, he cocked his head and locked at the younger male sitting at the table. The man looked tired and worn, like he had seen many deaths for a young age. The older male sat down in front of the younger. He smiled warmly and took off his glases showing baby blue eyes. He looked into the others, dark green eyes, with slightly concern. "Tell me about yourself and this case....Eli."
Eli looked at him through light brown bangs that covered his green eyes."My name is Eli I'm a 24 year old, single, reporter. I've been working on a murder case that happened a week ago. One of the few suspects is Zaraki Kaiba, a 33 year old murderer." He looked back at the other male, slightly worried.
The older male smirked slightly, showing slight fangs. "Well my name is Ryuk and I'm here to help you figure everything out." Ryuk stood shaking his light blue hair into his eyes, his eyes turning amber and nails getting slightly longer.
